Recognized as a 2026 Gun Sense Candidate by Moms Demand Action

I’m proud to be recognized as a 2026 Gun Sense Candidate by Moms Demand Action, part of a national movement advocating for common-sense gun safety and gun violence prevention.

The Gun Sense Candidate distinction is awarded to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to policies that help reduce gun violence and protect communities.

I believe that public safety includes taking meaningful steps to prevent gun violence while supporting responsible, common-sense solutions that keep families and neighborhoods safe.

This recognition reflects a shared commitment to prevention, community safety, and responsible leadership on gun safety issues.

I’m grateful to stand alongside advocates, volunteers, and community leaders across Illinois who are working every day to build safer communities for everyone.
